Prepare your booking request, step by step
The details to gather and checks to make before confirming your stay and its payment.
Send a clear request
Choose a published listing and provide your dates, guest count and a way to reach you. Mention special needs, such as late arrival or an essential facility. Avoid sending identity documents or bank details in an initial inquiry message.
A request is not a confirmation
Submitting a form does not by itself confirm a stay. Check the reply, availability and proposed amount. If the dates or property change, ask for an updated summary before proceeding. Use your client account to view your booking information and status.
Read the conditions and contract
Before signing a contract when one is provided, check the parties, property, dates, price, cancellation conditions and security deposit rules. Ask for corrections if anything differs from your correspondence. Keep copies of the document and its signed version for your records.
Check payment and prepare your arrival
Use only the payment method actually offered for your booking. If bank transfers are enabled, check the recipient and required reference in your secure account. Declaring a transfer does not mean it has been received: wait for confirmation of reconciliation. If payment instructions seem unclear, contact Loukamana before sending money. Finally, confirm the times and contact for key collection.
